Courtney has been teaching group fitness classes since March 2009. She has loved dancing and expressing herself through dance all her life. She is happy to have found a way to share that love for dancing and the passion for being healthy and fit at Fitness Your Way. Courtney is also a P.E. teacher. Courtney teaches Kettlebell, Aqua, Zumba, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Zumba, Total Body Strength, and Strong by Zumba.
Krista has been a certified group fitness instructor since 2014. By day Krista teaches high school art. Krista’s fitness journey began in college, when she developed a love for running. She has since completed six half-marathons. She enjoys hiking with her dog “Harper,” painting, and attending group fitness classes at Fitness Your Way. Her love of group fitness has everything to do with the synergy of individuals working together toward a goal of better health and the importance of enjoyment in fitness. Krista teaches Cardioblast, Group Training, and Core 30.
Connie joined the FYW team in January 2018. She has been active her entire life, understanding the importance of exercise at a young age through bike riding, swimming, and running high school track. She is certified in Group Fitness and has run and placed in several 5ks. She works as a special education teacher at PMHS. Connie’s goal is to help others maintain healthy lifestyles in fun ways. She teaches PiYo and Step and Tone.
