    • Bootcamp is a FUN six-week session of 12 group workouts meant to demonstrate commitment and get results! The workouts include HIITs, body weight exercises, fitness with equipment, and cardio, increasing in intensity throughout the session. All 12 workouts can easily be modified for individual appropriateness. You also get a wellness consult at the beginning and ending that includes a fitness assessment. The consults provide the numbers that reveal results.
